Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL due to the nature of the products and you will see them in-person at exchange.

 

HOWEVER: Unopened, Undamaged returns will be accepted for FIVE (5) days after exchange. This is to maintain pristine condition for restock. Return exchange will be in-person.

 

CANCELLATION: Allowed from order click until exchange date indicated in detail email. Please contact me if you run into any issues.

 

DAMAGES/ISSUES: If something happens to your products, please contact me. We can come up with an amicable solution. 

 

NO EXCEPTION ITEMS: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items, and moon water/crystal items. Please contact me if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
