~ When will I get my order? ~
Orders will be shipped within 2 (two) business days. Transit time is 3-5 business days. Timeline for special order items will be determined case-by-case. Pick-Up orders will be when agreed upon via the Instruction Email.
~ How is payment made? ~
All payments are to be made online at order placement.
~What fabric is used? ~
Main fabric is the common polyester cotton blend. Stabilizer is medium weight woven iron-on interfacing. Silk and tulle are also used. Pouch drawstrings are either satin or jute ribbon.
~ How do I wash my shams or fabric-made items? ~ (also see product tag)
NO BLEACH ~ Laundry Bag Preferred (no need to turn inside out) ~ Gentle / Delicate Cycle ~ Cold Water ~ Tumble Dry Low or Air Dry
